This is a Cyberdrake Enforcer from Wars of Chaos. It's a relatively fast battlesuit with a minigun and a flamethrower for maxinmum anti-infantry capabilities. However, the delay of fire in both weapons can be exploited by a smart soldier.

Nice idea. However, the Cyberdrakes usually just back them up with infantry. Works too, but not when they get killed by a fragmentation grenade or something.
And who doesn't like carnage and destruction? Let's face it, breaking things is fun!
